This Carlisle 447006 10" polycarbonate beige solid serving spoon is made of durable polycarbonate to withstand years of use in your busy foodservice establishment. Polycarbonate is naturally resistant to breaking when it's dropped. Its resistance to breakage means that it will be difficult for weak spots to form thus giving you peace of mind that the spoon won't crack, splinter, or snap accidently leaving parts of plastic behind in your expertly prepared meals.This spoon is perfect for salad and ice cream toppings, fruits and vegetables as well as serving gravies and other sauces. Additionally, its beige color means it fits in at your buffet line or catered event. It can even be used to color coordinate in the back of the house to prevent cross contamination!
