Excellent quality, especially for the price! The red looks really sharp; I like them better than the clear versions; they just look a little more expensive. They do not look like "disposable" tongs even though at this price, you can use them as such. The scalloped edge makes it easier to grasp things like potatoes, carrots, and rolls without losing them. I will likely use them more for cold buffet options this thanksgiving than for hot ones (will use metal tongs for that) but if you're wanting to keep peoples' bare hands off the food, giving them tongs that are easy to use and sturdy is key, and these fit the bill!
