Instruction sheet was not comprehensive and this item was NOT easy to assemble because the holes did not align correctly. Because I previously had to return some tables and have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee, I did not want to have to do the same thing with this product. So to make it work, we had to drill new holes. The end product looks flimsy and cheap.

Very happy with my first purchase from this site- before I even had an account. When assembling, make sure to wipe down. EVERY piece with a very slightly damp cloth to get off any styrofoam packing bits. Otherwise, they could statically attach between pieces and we had to loosen a couple screws to fish out bits of packing material. I've open and closed the doors about 10-20 times a day over the last 11 months and I've had no problems. Very pleased

I was impressed with the packing materials used to ship the cases to us. Each part was wrapped in a protective plastic wrap. The instructions are pretty easy to understand, but it does take two people to put it together.

This negative review is not for the actual product but for Webstaurantstore.com. It's been over a month and still have not received all the parts to put our pastry display unit together. Many many e-mails and phone calls they keep saying the parts are on the way....not. This has been a frustrating experience and I would NEVER buy from Webstaurantstore.com!!! We are still unable to use the until after a month.
