This brush has been great for scrubbing down the hard to get off particles on our cutting boards. It doesn't lift the material of the cutting board and isn't so harsh that it scratches it. The hook is also helpful for hanging it to dry well.

the bristles aren't sturdy enough after a few uses to get into the scratches of an older cutting board. but we have since turned this into a scrub brush for potatoes and other root veggies.

This brush fulfills the basic function of scrubbing cutting boards. I also use it to clean my cast iron without removing the seasoning. The one downside is that food debris can easily get stuck between the bristles and will not simply rinse out with water.

Definitely helps with the cleaning of the cutting board. While you can use a sponge, this product definitely helps in getting some of the stains that require more elbow grease with a sponge.

We love our color coded brushes. They were a great price and work as they should for what it is needed. good size, not to small and not too big.
