Use this Bron Coucke 19638 38-blade set to replace the collection of blades that came with your Bron Coucke 3839 "Professional" Mandoline. Designed specifically for use with the "Professional" Mandoline, these blades are reversible. One side aligns to provide a 3 millimeter cut, and one side aligns to provide a 10 millimeter cut. These blades allow you the versatility of making cuts of various thicknesses, so you can accommodate whatever recipe you're making.
