Ideal for cutting cheeses without rinds, these Cheese Blocker frames with replaceable cutting wires will be the perfect companion for all your sliced, cubed, and stick cheese needs.

These cheese cutting frames are compact and easy to store, allowing you to have different size cutting frames for the ultimate versatility in your cheese cubes. Plus, with individual replaceable wires, in the case that one breaks, you're able to save time and money by only having to replace one wire instead of the whole entire cutter. For fast, clean, and precise slicing of larger cheese blocks, get these cheese cutting frames for your Boska Cheese Blocker!

To use, ensure the cutter is on a smooth, dry surface so the anti-slip feet will keep the cutter from sliding while you work. Place the block of cheese you want to cut within the white guides in the center of the cheese cutter. Starting with the lower-hinged cutter, pull it down steadily towards the cheese until you get to the base of the cutter, this will give you slices of cheese. If you would like sticks or blocks of cheese, rotate the cheese 90 degrees on the base and cut down again with the lower-hinged cutter and this will create sticks of cheese. To create blocks of cheese, leave the lower-hinged cutter down on top of the cheese and slice down with the other higher-hinged cutter. This will create uniform cubes that you'll be ready to serve your customers!
