I have had my cheese slicer for about a year and I’ve had to replace out the wire about three times and that was mainly my own problems with the wire and not getting it on correctly they work great for gliding right through a 40 pound block of cheese

Good strong cheese wire and we were able use it on the Vollrath 1837 Redco Cheese Blocker. A tight fit, but has worked well for us.
I snapped a couple of these wires while trying to replace my easy cheeser wires. They are more durable then the wire I bought from the hardware store but I cannot seem to get them very tight.
We use the nerco block cutter a lot . The replacement wire pack are a necessity for us. The parts are easy to replace and priced well.
