Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.
Suggested Recipe: Chamomile and Hibiscus Tea Latte
1 Bigelow Sweet Dreams herbal tea bag
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup whole milk (or your milk of choice)
1 tsp. granulated sugar (or your sweetener of choice)
Boil 1 cup of water. Steam milk in the microwave or on the stovetop. Pour boiling water into a cup with the Bigelow Sweet Dreams herbal tea bag and steep tea for 2 minutes. Take the tea bag out and stir in sugar. Froth steamed milk with a handheld frother. Pour the milk on top of the tea and serve!

I gave it four stars but for me I would most likely say closer to three only because try as I may I cannot drink this without sugar and since I drink tea all day long if I have this for a Sunday relaxing day that is way too much sugar. I have gotten the sugar down to 1 1/2 teaspoons for a 20oz mug; but after several mugs a day that just throws the sugar level into a tail spin. Took me a few Sundays to realize it. I have a small sugar container that holds a cup of sugar. It was about 3/4 full then a few weeks later it was near empty and I was omgawd! In truth I must say I don't know if anyone else used any but still that was nearly a cup of sugar added to my intake in less than a month, throwing my once a month 3 pancake stack out the window.
