This tool makes cleaning sharp items safe and easy. It beats trying to clean them with the green scratchy pads I use on my pots and pans that I buy at my local supermarket.

A great , inexpensive cleaning tool. This tool enables the employees to clean machine and blade without touching the blade. When sanitation and safety is a priority this tool is a must have.

A must have for anyone who slices cheese on a slicer. This tool and the scrub pads work great to clean the slicer blade safely.

We purchased this cleaning tool to help us clean our Avantco meat slicer. I'm sure it would work well in other designs since its made very well. I understand the advantage of the bent handle but it doesnt work well in our setup. After some trial/error we learned its just easier to take apart the Avantco slicer and wash/rinse/sanitize all the parts by hand and put it back together. I guess if you had a slicer that was harder to take apart or you needed to do a quick clean or scrub this would work better. In the end we ended up not really needing this or using it anymore.

As far as its intended functionality (holding the scrubber pad to clean the slicer) it's great. Works as intended. For our purposes, the scrubbers are just inadequate - the bacon fat is just too much for them to handle, and by the time you've removed the excess with a paper towel, you might as well just keep going

Wish I would have found out about these a long time ago. SO much safer than the way we were doing it and takes the worry out of a dangerous job.

This is a great cleaning tool for the slicers. It is simple and really works, also cuts down on employees injuries , do to sharp blade.

This cleaning tool is a little hard to get used to using, but it is helpful to be able to clean the slicer without worrying about getting cut.

We have a small Deli and offer over 30 different cheeses. We would never want to tackle cleaning our cheese slicer without this tool. Can't Live without it!

This is pretty solid for use with any slicer. It keeps fingers plenty far away from the blade and is easy to change out the scrub pad that is designed for use with this tool. Drawback is that the top of the tool is not narrow enough to clean in-between the blade and blade guard so you still have to use other tools.

While that thing works quite well for my meat slicer, I now use it to clean my homebrew equipment, mainly fermentation bucket. Pads last a while when rinsed properly.

This slicer cleaning tool is awesome! It's angled design and long handle allows you to safely and easily clean meat slicers. Don't forget to order the pads that stick onto the end of it.
