Belshaw 22508 Details
Fry up consistent cake ring donuts with this Belshaw Donut Robot Mark II natural gas automatic donut fryer. The frying time and temperature can be adjusted to ensure donuts are fried exactly how you want them, creating 30 dozen donuts per hour at 120-second fry times in the 32" x 12" frying area. The electronic controller maintains tight temperature control to ensure you produce a consistent product. Plus, Donut Robot fryers are capable of reducing oil adsorption in comparison with most kettle fryers. This fryer comes with a star plunger to make donuts with a star-shaped center ring.
With an automated fryer, there's no need for turning sticks or lifting screens as the donuts are deposited, fried, and dispensed automatically 2 per conveyor row for finishing with sugar, icing, or glaze. If demand slows, the half-speed switch reduces the deposits to 1 donut per conveyor row. An additional 12" should be granted to the unit's length to allow for the depositor to swing out. Conveyor flight bars are spaced 3 3/4" from center to center, and the conveyor boasts a durable stainless steel construction.
An aluminum hopper has a 10 lb. capacity, and the batter weight adjustment dial allows you to adjust the donut's size by 20%. The frying time can be adjusted from 60 to 300 seconds. A high-temperature limit switch protects your fryer from overheating to ensure safe operation. This model requires a 120V electrical connection for its electronic controller, and it requires a natural gas connection for operation.
