With ample hearth space and a durable design, this Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 double deck electric bake oven can handle even the most demanding production needs! Ideal for delicious artisan bread, pizza, and general purpose baking, this traditional pizza oven has a 7" deck height and features 4 top and 4 bottom independent, operator controlled heat elements, which can achieve temperatures between 200 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit for perfectly balanced results.
This unit's exterior is constructed of heavy gauge type 403 stainless steel while its interior is manufactured of high-heat resistant 18 gauge aluminized steel and is insulated up to 5" thick for cooler outer temperatures and consistent inner temperatures. Indicator lights, a moisture control damper, and interior oven lights for maximum product visibility come standard.
The Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 double deck electric bake oven features two 38" x 36" ceramic hearth stone decks. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
