What can we say? This oven has been the backbone of our pizza business for the past year and has efficiently and beautifully produced over a few thousand pizzas in a small town of 300 super-dandy-fine folks! We heat ours to 500*F every day except Tuesdays, it's takes about 45-60 minutes to get them to that temperature but they hold well. Baking pizzas on the stones directly has created a hard to beat crust experience for our customers and far out performs a toaster or conveyor pizza oven. For our incredibly tiny kitchen space, this oven fits well and keeps up with our output. (We have stacked the same oven, although an older model on top, so we do have extra capacity). Definitely pleased with how well this beast does with pizzas and would not hesitate to purchase another Baker's Pride product.
