A versatile and highly effective precaution against fires, this Badger Extra 23471 2.75 lb. sodium bicarbonate dry chemical fire extinguisher is an excellent choice for commercial and industrial establishments! With a UL Rating of 10-B:C, it is designed for performance against Class B and Class C fires such as liquid, gas, and electrical fires. Its operable temperature range of -40 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit makes it effective in a variety of climates, while its discharge range of 10' to 15' allows you to safely fight fires from a distance.

This extinguisher's chrome-plated brass valve and stainless steel handle and lever are extremely durable. It also boasts a rugged stainless steel cylinder and internal siphon tube. For easy use, it has a large stainless steel pull ring pin with a tether. This is combined with an easy-to-read, 2-piece nameplate for simple operation in the event of an emergency.

This unit has a heavy-duty hose with a plated brass hex fitting for efficient use. It features an impressive flow rate of 0.31 lb. per second, and it has an operating pressure of 195 PSI. This extinguisher comes complete with a vehicle bracket for mounting on your work truck, van, boat, trailer, or other commercial vehicle. It meets USCG Approval Type B:C, Size I, and it should be hydrostatically tested every 12 years.
