Auto-Off Feature

This scale comes equipped with an adjustable auto-off function which can be modified from 0-9 minutes to help conserve power when the scale is not in use for a period of time. If necessary, the auto-off function can even be turned off completely.

How Do I Adjust the Settings on this Scale?

In normal weighing mode, hold the “Power” and “Tare” keys simultaneously until the scale displays “Setup”. On the following screens, use the “Tare” key to cycle through your options, and “Power” to make your selection. The scale will move to the next screen after you complete your selection.

AoFF (Auto-Off) – select a number of minutes from 1 – 9. 0 keeps the scale on unless manually turned off.

BLE (Backlight) – 0 = backlight always off, 1= backlight always on, 2 = backlight is auto on and auto off when the customer presses the scale and weighs something.

PE (Wave Tare Sensitivity) - select a value from 0 – 8. 0 disables the wave tare function. 1 is the lowest sensitivity and requires the closest distance to the scale. 8 is the highest sensitivity and activates it further away. Default value is 5.

After making a wave tare selection, the scale will recalibrate and return to normal weighing mode.
