The interior, made of strong 201 type stainless steel, is accessible through two glass doors. Because they're made of glass, the doors provide excellent product visibility, enabling you to easily view your current drink or ingredient selection for efficient drink preparation. Plus, bright LED lighting illuminates the interior, so it's easy to retrieve beverages, even in dark night clubs and bars.

Providing 19.4 cu. ft. of interior storage space, the unit comes with four shelves that accommodate up to 88 lb. each or (2) 1/2 kegs total. The epoxy-coated steel shelves are perfect for storing and organizing heavy bulk ingredients for your bar service, from bottles of ale to bottles of cider. Plus, since the unit is rated to safely store food products, it provides versatility and helps you maximize the space you have available.

Energy-Efficient

This back bar refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 3/7 hp refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an energy-efficient choice for your business.

For durability in high-traffic, commercial operations, the unit's exterior is made with stainless steel and is topped with a stainless steel surface.

Foamed-in-Place Insulation

Can I plug in this unit for use right away after receiving it?
No. It is strongly recommended to allow this unit to sit in its normal operating position for at least 24 hours before plugging it in for use. This allows the compressor oil and refrigerant time to settle from being displaced during transport, preventing damage to the unit that may void its warranty.
It should not be built into cabinetry. This unit requires 3” of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
Avantco warrants new equipment sold to food truck customers to be operational for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery if installed and maintained correctly.
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
Make sure that you are loading it properly and not overloading it. This unit is designed for cans, bottles, and similar items that naturally enable good airflow within the cabinet. Overloading the cooler with cases and boxes will interrupt the airflow and negatively impact the unit’s performance.

The evaporator motor failed within a few weeks of use. I followed the warranty instructions and never received a reply. I called Webstaurant and explained I needed a part they sell and I would pay to have it installed. They refused. I have spent money with Webstaurant in the past two years and they wouldn't comp it. I do not recommend.

Just received this Back Bar Refrigerator - disappointed with shipping service. Paid for common carrier, but carrier made mess of it. This guy came and refused delivery... then have to deal with customer service for 3-4 days to get it back. Long time customer, but disappointed how the whole thing happened and later handled.
