This little grinder knife (while looking like a cute ninja star) is a workhorse. We grind our burgers fresh in house every day and they rarely need replacing. When one does crack (usually because someone has put it on backwards...) it's best to have one or two backups on hand. Inexpensive comparatively, and they take up no room.
The knife for the grinder is pretty good - it is definitely sharp to begin with but doesn't stay super sharp for long. We did have one shatter into pieces when accidentally assembled backwards - though definitely a fault with the user not the product.

We use our grinder constantly and these blades eventually lose their ability to take an edge. These blades are far higher quality than one local parts supplier for the same price, and half the cost of the other supplier who has the same quality level.
