1 Year Replacement Warranty
My hot water dispenser hasn’t been use for a year. It started leaking water.

I have had two of these for just under 3 years now. They both worked great for our tea bar until one just stopped working properly, oozing water out of the bottom, not dispensing water properly, and then creating condensation on temperature control monitor until it just stopped working all together. Was not expecting for a commercial grade hot water dispenser to only last for so few years. Then we tried to get it repaired and Avantco told us that it would be cheaper to just buy a new unit as they don't even sell replacement parts for this because it is not an expensive unit....really? Why are you selling something that is commercial grade that CANNOT be fixed. Do not waste your money on this, yes there is a one year warranty, but do you buy things in a business for them to only last 1 year, of course not! Super upset about this.
