Easy, Powerful Operation

The CFP7D features a 3/4 hp motor to power through any task. It is simple to operate with an intuitive on / off control system that takes all the guesswork out of training. Since there are no settings or specialized control panels to memorize, it makes it easy for employees to learn how to use the machine.

7 Discs for Versatile Use

This unit comes with 3 slicing discs to cut food into 5/64", 5/32", and 3/8" pieces, 3 grating discs to shave food into 5/16", 5/32", and 1/8" sizes, and a 3/8 dicing grid. With the ability to slice, grate, shred, and dice, this processor gives near-limitless prep options while saving valuable time.

Simple Design

Discs are easily changed thanks to the simple design, and the included pusher lets you make sure every bit of food is chopped in each batch.

Maximum Output

A 2" cylindrical hopper processes long, thin products like carrots or celery. For larger, bulkier items, use the 6" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper.

Durable Construction

The durable cast aluminum body stands up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen, while also ensuring easy cleaning at the end of the day.

Maximum Safety

For safe use, it comes with a built-in safety mechanism that stops the motor when the large pusher is opened more than 12" above the hopper opening. A plunger for the cylinder-shaped feed tube also helps to reduce the risk of injury by keeping fingers away from the cutting area.
