12 Discs for Versatile Use
For premium versatility, this food processor comes with three dicing discs to cut food into 25/32", 3/8", and 5/16" sizes, two cutting discs to julienne food into 3/32" and 5/32" pieces, three grating discs to grate food into 5/16", 5/32", and 1/8" pieces, and four slicing discs to slice food into 5/64", 5/32", 3/8", and 5/16" sizes. With the ability to slice, grate, shred, and dice, this processor gives near-limitless prep options while saving valuable time.
Simple Design
Discs are easily changed thanks to the simple design, and the included pusher lets you make sure every bit of food is chopped in each batch.
Maximum Output
A 2" cylindrical hopper processes long, thin products like carrots or celery. For larger, bulkier items, use the 6" x 3" kidney-shaped hopper.

The durable cast aluminum body stands up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen, while also ensuring easy cleaning at the end of the day.
Maximum Safety
