Avantco C15 Pourover Airpot Coffee Brewer - 120V, 1,650W

We love our Avantco airpot coffee brewers. We also purchased the Choice 1.9 liter airpots to fit these brewers. They fit perfect. We fill the brewer with half a gallon of water, grind 80 grams of our fresh roasted coffee and it fills the airpot exactly without spillage. The brewing temperature is within SCAA standards and is consistent from pot to pot. The brewer quickly heats up from a cold start in the morning and starts brewing within a minute or two. I bought a spare one thinking I would need it, but my first brewer works fast enough I dont use the spare. But, I am glad I have it in reserve just in case. We say buy 2! Jeff

We brew coffee directly into airpots, and this is super easy to use. It's not lightning fast, but it does fill an airpot in about 5-6 minutes. Easy to clean and doesn't take up much room. Would recommend.

This does brew very slowly. It is hard to poor water into the top without making a mess. The on switch does not turn off automatically. The coffee does taste good and the air pots do fit underneath it. I would not consider this commercial quality.

Great for small production places. I get these brewers for my commercial customers that dont have high capacity needs. Its takes about 15 mins per brew.

This airpot brewer is a good price if you need one in a hurry or if you only need to brew coffee once in a while. It has recently stopped working correctly, even though it has received regular cleaning and maintenance. It lasted less than a year, but longer than the 6 month warranty. I guess you do get what you pay for, as parts don't even seem to be available for it. When the brewer worked it worked okay, but was VERY slow meaning that we had to watch it like a hawk during busy days to keep coffee brewing. We go through only about 5 or 6 airpots of coffee a day. If you can, spurge for a better brand.

165 degrees? That's it? Since this is supposedly commercial quality and considerably more expensive than a coffee maker you can get from any big box store for less, I was expecting the brew temp to reach the ideal 200 degrees for our coffee to reach its full "bloom". Not even close. With instant coffee made with heating water in an electric kettle, my wife had needed to add 4 of the large cubes from our refrigerator's ice maker to her coffee - in addition to the chilled liquid creamer used. With the first mug she had from this, adding the ice made it too cold for even her, which was odd. So, I measured the temperature with an oven thermometer *while the coffee was brewing into the airpot* and it maxed at only 165 degrees, the same temp you can get from a cheapo coffee maker from wally world. If you can be satisfied with coffee brewed at that temperature, save a LOT of money and pick up a coffee maker from your local big box store, or even a garage sale.

We have purchased 2 of these Avantco C15 brewers from Webstaurant, as well as about 10 air pots to go with it. The brewers make great coffee, but they don't last very long. They must be very poor quality if they only last 1-2 years. As far as the air pots, they usually keep coffee pretty hot, but they will fail quickly too. We buy pots that have steel inside, not glass. I used to highly recommend these brewers, but because they fail so quickly, and the warranty is so short, I will no longer buy them and will no longer recommend them. I also will never buy another Bunn brewer, for different reasons.

So far, we have had ours for over a year and fully satisfied with the performance of these. I may upgrade to a larger one, these will only hold 8 cups of water at a time (equivalent to 1 air pot)

This coffee brewer is very... very basic. It doesn't come with clear instructions of just how much water you need to pour in before overflowing. We had to find out the answer from a helpful reviewer who submitted a video. However, we've been using this for a while and it has never failed.

Was a bit disappointed in this one. The wires came loose and shorted out leaving us to have to use the one from our Brunch spot.

We have bought this brewer because of the price and good reviews. However, it could not brew a good coffee for us. At first, we thought that there was a problem with the coffee grinds. We have switched 5 different brands, form cheaper to expensive ones, different roasts. We have tried adjusting the coffee grinds amount. But there was no change in the taste-coffee was bitter. Then we realized that it just does not heat up to the required temperature for a coffee to taste good. Other downsides that it does not have auto shut-off, you have to manually turn it off when brewing is finished. And according to the manual, you can't have it on after brewing has completed. So we had to purchase a timer to signal that brewing is done. Additionally, it does take a white to brew: 14 minutes for a bull pot, 7 minutes for hot water. We ended up using this machine just for hot water.

The Avantco C15 Pour Over Airpot Brewer has been a great purchase for our business. I purchased mostly because of the value, but have been pleasantly surprised by its easy function and quality brew.

All I can say is WELL DONE! This Avantco pourover is exactly what we were looking for in our espresso stand. Searched all over for the right size, the right quality, and this has done it. For a fraction of the price compared to others, this does just as good of a job! The stainless and small footprint is definitely worth the money alone!

Great product! We bought this for a food truck and we were specifically looking for a smaller brewing system that did not need a big water tank installment, as we did not have the space. This allowed us to use the pour-over method and brew coffee when we needed to. Great quality, build, and great coffee in return!

I purchased this product and it didn’t work out as I had expected. However, the customer service was excellent they were very responsive and worked quickly to help me with the return and refund. I really appreciate their assistance.

HORRIBLE. I think I was sent 4 or 5 replacements. They break everytime and now I’m “outside of warranty” so I’m just screwed. Thanks Webstaurant for selling a piece of crap product!????

ive been using this machine for two months, TWO. it burnt out the power switch so I bought a new one, it worked again for one day and now just isnt working at all.

We used this brewer consistently for 2.5 years, 6-7 days per week. We have had awful luck with other Avantco equipment but this one out lasted everything else 10x. If officially died today, the power went off mid brew and will not start back up. For the price, this has definitely done it's job. I ordered another one rather than a different brand because I don't like leaving a full tank in the machine. This one is filled per pot so nothing grows/builds up in the tank like other pour-over machines.

I've used these machines for years. they used to last! and now, I purchased one in October and in June the switch shorted out and sparked. I replaced in June and this one didn't even make it 2 months! what the heck

re ordered three separate times. have done all the things necessary to upkeep the machine. keeps breaking!!!
