Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
Why are my buns sticking?
It is highly recommended that an AvaToast PTFE non-stick release sheet is installed and used with all AvaToast Vertical Bun Toasters. Please see manual. It is recommended that this non-stick sheet is then replaced every 30 days, or when buns start sticking, whichever comes first.
Why does the bread come out toasted differently?
Toasting results may vary and are best when the toaster is preheated. A cold state toaster may result in lighter toasting and/or color. We recommend preheating the toaster before use for best results. Additionally, please know the moisture and sugar content of the bread will affect the color and texture of your toast. Example: white bread will toast darker than wheat bread.

Customer Reviews

I ordered this toaster on October 13th. Upon receiving it and setting it up, the conveyor part would not work properly. The manufacturer contracted out a company to "repair" it. Someone came out and looked at it and had to order a part. It is now January 4th and the toaster still has not been repaired. We have had to go through our busiest part of the year without a working toaster. With a piece of equipment, it is not like I could just order another one. I find this to be ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not suggest ordering this product unless you want to be down a toaster for 3 months and counting.
