I ordered this toaster on October 13th. Upon receiving it and setting it up, the conveyor part would not work properly. The manufacturer contracted out a company to "repair" it. Someone came out and looked at it and had to order a part. It is now January 4th and the toaster still has not been repaired. We have had to go through our busiest part of the year without a working toaster. With a piece of equipment, it is not like I could just order another one. I find this to be ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not suggest ordering this product unless you want to be down a toaster for 3 months and counting.
