This was a TOTAL waste of money. I just purchased a new fridge and in less than 30 days, it was leaking water all over my product on the inside of the fridge and would not hold temp. In addition, the warrantee did not cover anything because I run a bakery out of my home and the warrantee does not cover in-home businesses. Terrible product. Even more horrible service. Do not buy.

Bought two of these, after 2 months of use they both don't keep temp and the health department impounded them and made us throw out thousands of dollars in food. I bought the extended warranty and have contacted both webstaurant and the warranty company.... it's been weeks and nothing has been done. Webstaurant just points to the warranty company and the warranty company doesn't respond. Meanwhile we can't operate our business with two impounded frigs. This warranty stuff and terrible product seems like a scam that no one is taking accountability for. Who will reimburse us for all the damages?! Do yourself a favor, avoid Avantco and Webstaurant scam warranties.

We looked into adding a couple extra shelves-about $ per shelf. Having some issues with condensation in bottom of unit. Keeps product cold. This was not easy to get into building, make sure you have some extra manpower.

I purchased 2 of these on a Friday and they were delivered Monday. Can't complain about that. These are not as wide as my old fridges BUT they are deeper and hold a bit more than the old ones. Was easy to get the wheels on then get situated in place. We gave them a good clean and when it was at temperature, we loaded them up. Looking at getting one more to replace my other fridge.
My equipment shows the correct temperature on the outside, but the products inside do not have the correct temperature and i am having problems with the health department. they are not answering my emails to help me.

No issues so far - it's been a year. Heavy use. Of course, longevity will be the ultimate factor. I've had true products with their share of issues over the years - although the compressors have generally lasted a long time. I got the extended warranty just in case. I use imonnit sensors so I get warnings if there are any issues.
