This Avantco 177026065002 stainless steel door for 5 tube floor fryers attaches to the front of the fryer cabinet for easy access to the full port drain valve for emptying and maintenance. If the original door becomes rusted or damaged, this replacement door will get your fryer back in working order. It is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with Avantco FF518 and FF100 floor fryers.
