Simply place one adapter bar across the center of your food well, and it will support (2) 1/2 size pans in place of a full size pan. Additional bars can be added to accommodate smaller pans.

made with stainless steel and really strong .it is not easy to bend so if you run a restaurant then you might need it to fit into fridge so that you can adjust the space in your fridge to arrange a variety of items.
