For finer cuts, the 1/32" slicing plate offers the same style of cut but in a much slimmer 1/32" profile that's great for making very thin, garnish-style cuts to accent entrees or dress up your plates.

This kit also contains 2 julienne plates to make longer "stick" style cuts.
