Do not buy. Poor Design on the lids and magnetic safety locks. Unfortunately I am ordering my 3RD bowl / lid right now in 3 years. It maybe cheaper than others, but not worth it in the end.

After 2 years the magnetic safety lock started to fail. Then on-off switch had to be replaced. Now magnetic switch failed for good. Nice mechanical design but electric side is junk.

Best thing we bought! It is used for shredding cabbage for us! However, the kidney shaped opening would be better as a round or oval mouth! Nothing I can think of comes in a kidney shape. thanks

Like others my hinge snapped, and the only solution is to buy a whole new one!! So disappointed with this purchase!!

I got this to process veg go and to grate cabbage for slaw— did a very nice job! Another reviewer mentioned the broken hinge (with a pic) that happened to my staff (I know they’re hard on any thing in the kitchen) —. I was upset but used my plastic welder and fixed— never happened again! Apparently it’s a design flaw, but I fixed it-

Overall the motor is good, the base unit has healed up but the top is made of cheap plastic that breaks. We have had 3 of the hinges break on us now and last time I was told it was something we were doing and they wouldn't cover it under warranty anymore. Do yourself a favor and buy a better piece of equipment. They don't have just a replacement for the single broken price and it's $ to replace the whole slicer attachment.

The machine works ok but the warranty doesn’t last long enough to outlast the inferior parts yiu will need to keep it running. I recommend purchasing a higher quality food processor that provide a substantial warranty on their product.

I wish I had listened to the reviews!! Save your money this product is terrible. It clogs up, very hard to clean and makes a mess when in use.

This is not a reliable product. I received one to grate potatoes for hash browns. This one worked for a week, then would stop spinning when we would put a potato in the continuous feed. We were told that it was the lid shorting out and stopping the spinning. Then we received a replacement of the same one. And the replacement wouldn't even turn on with this lid in place. This is a waste of money and I do not recommend it.

Lining up the blade correctly to install is very tedious, if it's not lined up perfectly it will not slide into place. But that I can handle. What is completely ridiculous is trying to remove the blade. The blade gets stuck and it is almost impossible to remove. I end up having to scoop the food out so I don't fling food all over the place. I spent a lot on this for my food trailer and I hate it. I avoid using it whenever possible. You will notice if you watch the video, they do not show them removing the blade, now I know why. Yes, the motor works great and it blends nicely, BUT the set up and especially the break down is ridiculous. I've had this machine for a year and a half and thought it might get easier, but it has not. Do not purchase this machine.

So far impressed with this product. Haven't figured out how to do green peppers nicely, but overall great product for the price, quick and impressed with the decibel level as well. Wish they would just come up with a price for all blades to be included.

Purchased this item with some reservation as it is pretty new to the market. I couldn't find much information about it. My findings so far: I have a robotcoup CL50 which is a fantastic product. I wanted this because it had a smaller footprint with similar power at a third of the cost. So far I am extraordinarily pleased. It is light weight (when you compare it to the CL50) it fits well under prep-table and has excellent power. It is a bit more difficult to assemble and change blades but very minor. For smaller batches of items needing prep it is excellent but can clearly handle lager volumes if needed. I do wish that it had a dicing attachment available. The food processor attachment is solid.
