With a 1 hp motor, this robust unit packs the requisite power to handle large quantities of fruits, vegetables, sauces, and soups. Additionally, the pulse button makes processing food even faster and easier, since you can pulse until your desired consistency is achieved. Its build includes a durable base with nonskid feet for secure use, while its direct drive motor with stainless steel motor shaft and stainless steel blades will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. This unit comes with a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as a 5/32", 5/64", and 1/32" slicing disc, a 5/64", 1/8", and 3/16" grating discs, a 5/32" and 5/64" julienne disc, and a plastic ejector disc for improved flexibility. This item also comes with a disc rack for easy organization. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar products.

The 5 qt. bowl comes with a clear lid with an opening to monitor processing progress and add ingredients when necessary. The lid magnetically seals, and the blades will automatically stop when the magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Additionally, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place. The 5 qt. stainless steel bowl holds plenty of product at once and remains easy to clean.

This food processor is easy to control, as it has a simple on / off switch located conveniently on the side. It's also compact in size for use in establishments that have limited counterspace.
