Thanks to its compact size and versatility, it’s the perfect option for kitchens with limited space. The compatible bowl is made from durable stainless steel, with a generous three quart capacity. It comes with a clear lid, that has an opening to allow you to easily add ingredients. For user safety, this lid magnetically seals and must be locked into place in order for the razor-sharp S blade to operate. Should the lid become disengaged during use, the motor shuts off until it is properly reattached. For high-volume slicing and grating, a continuous feed attachment is available. For user safety, it too must be locked in place for operation. This attachment features two openings: one kidney opening and one cylindrical opening. The kidney opening includes a magnetic fail-safe, which shuts off the motor when the pusher is removed. The cylindrical opening easily accepts a wide range of tall and thin fruits and vegetables. It also includes a 5/32” slicing disc, a 1/4” grating disc, and a plastic ejector disc. There are also many other sizes of slicing, grating, & julienne discs available for purchase. If you need a place to dry and store discs in an efficient and sanitary manner, Avamix offers a disc rack. This robust and versatile machine is designed to make kitchen tasks easier.
