The stainless steel round cake molds are perfectly sized for our cheese cake desserts. Graham cracker Crusts are pressed formed in the bottom, filling added and baked then cooled in the freezer to frozen. To extract the cheesecake we simply torch the out side for a second and the cake releases allowing to be pushed out. A great way to dress up a classic dessert.
