This range features (1) 3-ring burner that delivers up to 90,000 BTUs of cooking power. It has a heavy-duty cast iron top grate and a standing pilot for instant ignition. Plus, it has two adjustable valves, one for the outer ring and one for the inner rings.

Boasting a durable construction with a stainless steel body, this unit is sure to provide long-lasting use in your establishment. It features 6" chrome-plated legs with 3" adjustable bullet feet to ensure easy leveling on uneven surfaces. For your convenience, it includes a full-width removable crumb tray for easy cleaning, and it features a lower cavity for convenient storage. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
