The fryer also features a melt cycle for use with solid shortening as well as a boil-out mode for efficient cleaning.

Featuring intuitive computer controls, this fryer can be programmed to hold 12 different recipes for the easiest cooking experience possible! Plus, to ensure safety for all employees, a high limit control shuts off the electrical connection if the oil temperatures get too high. A 1 1/4" full port drain valve makes oil removal a quick and hassle-free process.

This fryer comes with a drain line clean-out rod to keep your unit operating efficiently. It also includes a removable basket hanger that requires no tools to use. A set of four 9" adjustable legs provides stability on any surface, helping to compensate for uneven floors. This unit requires a 208V, three phase electrical connection for operation.
