This peels works good for 14" pizzas and smaller. It is very easy to clean, however the handle does get hot when our oven has to be open for a longtime.
I'll stick with the wooden peels we get from webstaurantstore the wooden one may brake. These peels just have to much flecks to them. I'll stick with something that feels more sturdy.
