I actually use this for home use. I use it for pre-made crusts, frozen pizzas, and delivery pizzas. We prefer a crisp crust but I don't like putting the pizzas right on the oven rack because it makes such a mess and sometimes it's hard to get them out. This works great. It makes nice crisp crusts and slides right off. For delivery pizza, we never seem to have as crisp a crust as we like so this slides right under the cut pizza perfectly and I put the delivery in the oven for about 10 minutes and we get the crispy crust we love and it slides right off perfect, right back into the delivery box still all intact. I have also used this for other frozen foods that aren't too greasy, to make things more crispy. Great product, great price!
Good quality for the price. A little more sturdy than the standard pizza screens. We will have to see exactly how long they last. If they hold up, we will purchase more.
We needed extra pizza screens because of an increase in business and these get the job done. Since there is no rim, they allow you to oversize the pizza a bit past the edge. Make sure you season them before use or they will stick. Holes allow air flow from bottom so no soggy crusts.
I have had this for over 3 years now and still works and looks great! I use for home use for frozen pizzas well as rewarming and crisping up delivered pizza. Pizzas slide on and off with ease and crisp up the pizzas very well. They clean up nice and easily as well.
I purchased these disks with high hopes for a crisp crust without the dreaded toppings shaking off the pie when I slide the pizza off the peel and into the oven. However, the holes are so big that the dough slightly protrudes, causing difficulty when removing from the disk. I stick with screens.
