American Metalcraft 18708 8" Heavy Duty Expanded Aluminum Pizza Screen

This was a great buy. Every time I cook a big pizza I pick this one. It is a great price and I love it! Definitely worth the money.

These are the only brand of pizza screens our restaurant will use. They et run through our pizza oven multiple times a day and don't warp like other brands even with the constant intense heat. The wire mesh also is very durable to being cleaned and not coming apart.

I have been using these screens for almost 10 years, and have only had to buy more to meet protection demands. Great quality product at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

Why spend more? These do the trick just fine. Make sure to spray with a canola oil or other cooking spray before dough and these will work great.

LOve this pizza screens. Its a great way to get a nice, crispy crust under the pizza. do not over sauce or you can end up with a mess in your oven

This pizza screen is awesome. I have used it for pizza dough and frozen pitas, it works great! It's easy to wash and doesn't take up much space in the dishwasher if not washed by hand.

This was my first time ordering the American Metalcraft eight inch expanded aluminum pizza screen and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. This eight inch version, I definitely didn’t need but very glad I got it. Solid feel, with very little give, and exactly what I was looking for. I will order additional sizes soon and do recommend for any kitchen. They are built to last.

If you're sick of burnt bottom crust, grab this pizza screen. This one is good for smaller pizzas or even slices. Slightly rises the crust to prevent burns but still allows it to cook evenly.

Bought this as part as a gift set for a pizza lover and do not regret. Price was so cheap that I expected a good item but not as great quality as it is. Nice surprise!

We proofed these screens and have not had one problem since we opened. We have been open for almost 3 years now. They are very durable and are easy to clean and re-use if needed. This is the cheapest price we have found anywhere. The pizza's come off of the screens really well. Perfect for personal pan pizzas!
