This was my first time ordering the American Metalcraft six inch expanded aluminum pizza screen and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. This six inch version is no joke and will not disappoint. It felt solid, with very little give, and exactly what I was looking for and I will order additional sizes soon and do recommend for any kitchen. They are built to last.
This pizza screen allows our pizza dough to just be slightly lifted off the pizza stone to prevent the crust from burning while it bakes. The six inch pizza screen works for our kids size pies.
