I purchased the Amana RFS12TS (#140RFS12TS) from Webstaurant on November 10, 2025, after seeing many positive reviews and because we needed a reliable commercial microwave for our small business. Around February 2026, I began noticing the microwave would not heat items on the first cycle. Running the item a second time usually worked, but by March the issue became intermittent, and the microwave would sometimes not heat at all. Unfortunately, this has had a direct impact on our business. When the microwave fails during service, we are unable to prepare certain items quickly, which has resulted in lost sales and frustrated customers. We got this to replace an old Panasonic microwave that lasted 20 years. This unit works great and the price is great. My only issue is that our old Panasonic unit would beep and continue to flash until you opened the door after using it. This unit just beeps and that's it so if you get sidetracked and forget you have something in there. Otherwise this is a great microwave

We cook everything from scratch however as a Mexican restaurant we do have to heat tortillas for enchiladas tortillas so make them and these works amazing and heats our coffee perfectly

Eh....I wish I could say I was over the moon about this microwave but I can't. It does not cook that fast. I need a microwave that cooks fast. My restaurant is a fast paced place and I have to get product out quick. We do breakfast and lunch sandwiches on bagels. My previous microwave could warm a single biscuit in 10 seconds, this one takes 20 seconds, that's 10 seconds to long. Time is money is the restaurant biz as many of you know. If I could have found a microwave like my last one I would have but it was not possible on a budget. I will be saving money to buy a stronger one. If you're looking for one that will cook fast this isn't it.

This works very well and seems sturdy. My only concern is that the buttons could be a little more obvious about their meaning! Guests are sometimes confused about how to start and stop it.

We have had an older model of this microwave for over 20 years and except for replacing the "floor" of the microwave (due to dropping a hard, frozen product on it), it has given us no trouble at all. The new one, so far, has performed just as well. Easy to use, program, and clean.

this microwave works great. i like this big one because actually dinner plate at my mexican restaurant. the thing about this microwave cooks top and bottom. smaller one only cooks from the bottom.
