This Alto-Shaam UN-27968 roll-in pan cart trolley is designed for use with your 12.20MW and 12.20W CombiMate heated roll-in holding cabinets. Best of all, it's also completely interchangeable with 12-20es CombiTherm models and QC-50 Quickchiller models!
Designed for maximum capacity, this cart features a removable handle, pan support rails to hold full-size pans, and (6) stainless steel wire shelves for sheet pans. It offers (12) pan support rail positions. For easy mobility, the cart base has (4) swivel casters with brakes.
