Alto-Shaam CE-46828 Details
Keep your oven sparkling with this Alto-Shaam CE-46828 32 oz. Greaselift oven cleaner! As a heavy-duty degreaser, the formula cuts through grease, lifting and removing it from the targeted surface. It's perfect for use on your oven, but also cleans grills, vents, and stove hoods with ease.
Thanks to its low odor, this cleaner is comfortable to use. You don't even need to use goggles or gloves! Its biodegradable formula is safe on a variety of surfaces, including soft metals like aluminum. It comes in an easy-to-use spray bottle for quick, ergonomic application. This comes with a sprayer / foamer that makes spraying easy and efficient right out of the box.
To use, spray Greaselift onto the target surface. The surface should be warm, approximately 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover the area with carbonized grease completely, and allow the cleaner to sit for 1 to 5 minutes. Before it dries, wipe off the surface and rinse. That's all it takes!

This product compares with another one we get from another company, very very good product, removes grease and grime with little to no scouring. Definitely will be buying this product again

I ordered this item based on the picture because that's the bottle/label I was used to using. The Alto-Shaam oven cleaner worked so-so. I had to use more elbow grease than when I used Greaselift and had to repeat several applications. It works pretty well on accumulated grease that hasn't been exposed to heat, but for baked-on grease, a lot more scrubbing is required.
