Alto-Shaam 500-PH SOLID DOOR 120V/1 Details
Hold pizzas, pies, hors d'oeuvres, and more at safe temperatures with the Alto-Shaam 500-PH hot pizza holding cabinet! This pizza holding cabinet holds up to thirteen 16" pizzas at one time so you have plenty of tempting pizzas available for dine-in or carry-out dining. This cabinet comes with chrome racks that are spaced 2" apart to hold pizza pans, platters, or pie tins. Two stainless steel handles on both sides of the cabinet allow for the unit to be moved around your food holding area as needed.
This cabinet features Alto-Shaam's Halo Heat® system to warm the interior. Designed to provide longer holding times and keep food hot, fresh, and appetizing, Halo Heat® evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet for improved product taste, appearance, and holding life. The rotary dial controls let you easily adjust temperature between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit while a temperature gauge monitors the interior air temperatures. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
