Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
Are dinnerware and/or china capacities an exact liquid measurement?
Dinnerware and china capacities are stated in ounces and quarts and are an approximate maximum capacity. They are not to be used as a standard of measure for serving capacity.
I noticed a few scratches on my matte dinnerware, what can I do to prevent this?
Because of its matte finish, this product is susceptible to scratches. Using abrasive cleaning tools and materials can also accelerate scratching. For full care guidelines, please check the Resources and Downloads section.
Will each piece look exactly the same?
Due to the nature of the reactive glaze finish, which undergoes a chemical reaction during its firing process to create variegated coloring, each item has its own distinct look.
