Ordered one case of twelve and all arrived in perfect condition: no breakage, no cracks, no chips, and all with perfect uniformity of design. In hand, the glass has a satisfying heft and the pattern allows for a good grip. I do wish they were a little larger, but I knew the size when ordering, so that’s not a disappointment. It just means that refills will happen more frequently. We’ll be replacing larger, plastic cups with these, and we’re quite pleased with them so far but they haven’t been put into use yet. Still, I think they’ll work out great and will be an appreciable upgrade. They look and feel more sophisticated than what we’ve had, and that pleases me.
I ordered 4 cases of glasses that were taking an absurdly long time to show up. After some diligent detective on my part, I discovered that they were damageden route and returned to the Webstaurant warehouse. At no time did anyone from Webstaurant or FedEx contact me to let me know. It was only after I contacted them was I informed. To be honest, this is nothing new. I have ordered glasses 4 times from Webstaurant and 4 times they have been delivered with at least 2 or more of the glasses broken. I will admit that they have been good about replacing the broken ones, after I take pictures and provide them to prove they are broken. This time, after not receiving any glasses because I guess they were shattered beyond belief, I asked if there were any way to package them differently, hoping to avoid damage on the Read More

i was pleasantly surprised by these glasses. they are very sturdy, we have been using them for about 6 weeks and none have chipped. they are beautiful! would recommend
