Packaging was terrible; 10% of glasses (out of 10 cases) arrived broken or scratched by other broken glasses. Cleaning up all that glass was unpleasant. WebstaurantStore sent us a replacement case but of course the replacements arrived broken in exactly the same way, so they had to send MORE replacements which didn’t arrive in time for our event. No issues with the product itself but the experience was disappointing. We got what we paid for in that regard.
