Can I serve hot beverages in this dispenser?
This uninsulated beverage dispenser is not designed for use with hot beverages.
To prevent the spigot from leaking, tighten the spigot before its first use and before each subsequent use.
All wood products should be hand washed. The heat and chemicals of a dishwasher are harmful to wood’s naturally porous texture. If your product begins to show signs of wear, its finish can be restored with a food safe wood conditioner. First, clean and dry the wood. Then, apply the wood conditioner with a soft cloth or paper towel. Once the conditioner has soaked into the item, buff off any excess with a clean cloth. Having excess conditioner on a wood board will make it feel sticky or oily.
With the base and the dispenser attached, there’s 5 3/4” from the countertop to the bottom of the spigot. Without the base, there’s 2 3/8” from the countertop to the bottom of the spigot.
Due to the natural differences in wood, no two items will look exactly the same. While this item is designed from the same type of wood pictured, each piece will have its own unique appearance and woodgrain.

I do not recommend this product. I bought it because it looked sleek and contemporary in the photo, but the reality is very different. It leaks and the lid arrived scratched and with a logo on it (which isn't present in the photo). I'm very disappointed.

Definitely not a good product. The glue doesn't hold up well. Base has fallen apart completely from the condensation of the ice. I ordered 10 total and only have 6 left because of how easily they break. I haven't had this product for 30 days yet

I really love this product! I bought 6 of them to use in corporate events and things like that, and have had them all for a little over a year now! All of them have held up great. Only 1 of them currently has a small crack in the side of the base, which I think is from one of our guests tilting the jug when the water was getting low. They look just like the photos and are easy to move and carry which I like. They are also easy to clean, a little difficult to clean the spout if you are using the jugs for something other than water, but I am always still able to clean them well. I am happy that after over a year they are all holding up great, so for the price I would say that this product is a great investment.

I cannot recommend this product, as the lid started to grow mold after a month’s worth of use, despite it only holding water. The base also started to come apart/mold as well. I’m disappointed; it’s a really cool design, just not functional.
