I initially bought the ecko heavy weight knives only to find that while they were very pretty and eco-friendly they didn't do a good job at cutting food, so I tried these cornstarch ones and they worked perfectly. Customers like knowing they're still eco friendly but also useful.

These are perfectly good knives for spreading and even cutting food. They’re a little bit shorter and narrower than my Costco Solo white plastic knives but are not less sharp.

Good product, works as well as a compostable, disposable item can. Not meant for steak cutting, but works well for general purpose to go meals.

Nice knife for the price, they don't melt in the sun like some of the biodegradable items so we like that. We will order this item again.

These are awesome. If you need biodegradable knives, these are the ticket. I read some reviews before I bought these that said they were soft or easily broken, but that is NOT the case. I used one the other day to scrape off some permanent adhesive and as hard as I was chipping away, it didn't break. It did flex a little, but this is very strong and can cut any food that you would serve.

As an off premise caterer that is conscious about the environment as well as providing our guest with a nice durable option for biodegradable s these knives are perfect they hold up and deliver every time .

Love these cornstarch forks. Perfect for salads and the kid's favorite hot cheetos and cheese. The best tjing about them other than being biodegradable is that if you bend them they don't snap like plastic ones do.

This is my second order of the entire line (forks, knives, spoons). They come in boxes of 1,000 but the box isn't huge and can be stored easily. I'm an event planner and highlight that the disposables are green. The guests always are interested to find out these are made of corn starch. They have a great feel in the hand, they are heavy weight, can cut meat and don't feel cheap at all.

Nice Knife, basic biodegradable product. Not super sturdy but does that job and is priced far more competitive then other biodegradable or eco type of product.

Being in the health food business, we wanted to find biodegradable carry products for our store. The cornstarch ware is perfect in our business. The customers appreciate that we go the extra mile to provide eco-friendly products.

Now, you aren't going to want to cut steak with these things, but these aren't any less sturdy than regular, medium weight knives. Plus, they're biodegradable, which is what we pride ourselves on in our cafe. Well worth the little extra in price.

The best disposable flatware I have found, and an exceptional price on this site. Some sites charge a fortune for "eco-friendly" products. Not this one! These knives are large enough for an adult to use comfortably, the blade is sharp and the weight is nice. Excellent product!

I love the fact that this product is biodegradable. It is a good way to help the office go green. However, unlike the forks and spoons, this knife is a bit too flexiable/flemsy for cutting into something tough.
