Love these corn starch knives. Very solid a great to eat with. Trying to be as eco friendly as possible, so these knives are a great addition t our restaurant.

These knives are a great biodegradable choice and can help to make an event stand out by being better for the environment. They are strong and go with any color scheme.

While we love the idea of using biodegradable products at all times, the products are for the most part not as good as others and certainly more expensive. The knife worked well, but our customers let us know that a different product we used before was better. We like the product, for schnitzel just not the best way to go.

I initially bought the ecko heavy weight knives only to find that while they were very pretty and eco-friendly they didn't do a good job at cutting food, so I tried these cornstarch ones and they worked perfectly. Customers like knowing they're still eco friendly but also useful.

These are perfectly good knives for spreading and even cutting food. They’re a little bit shorter and narrower than my Costco Solo white plastic knives but are not less sharp.

Good product, works as well as a compostable, disposable item can. Not meant for steak cutting, but works well for general purpose to go meals.

Nice knife for the price, they don't melt in the sun like some of the biodegradable items so we like that. We will order this item again.

These worked awesome for my family's huge reunion this past weekend! They're really sturdy, feel like plastic (but break down in a landfill -- yay!). I highly recommend them.

Awesome, eco friendly knives. Most compostable or eco options are so flimsy they can't even spread cream cheese on a warm bagel- these utensils are a game changer. We have roughly 50 full time employees and we use a lot of plastic ware and disposable tableware, it is nice to have an option that leaves less of an environmental impact.

Not the sturdiest knife, but I guess that is medium. We use it to hand out on the food truck with salads and such and it works great, Happy to have a "green" choice.

These cornstarch knives are well worth the purchase. Great for outdoor BBQs and they don't break in half when cutting through meats. I highly recommend this product.
