    This really does the trick in tenderizing a tough piece of meat or even just to prepare a chicken breast for a marinade. It seems to be pretty durable and the blades have stayed sharp after over a year of use. It can sometimes be difficult to clean if the staff leave it a bit after use, but other than that, highly recommended.

    Let's face it, no all meat is created equal. I guess that's duh, but this meat tenderizers helps make all our steaks cut with a fork tender.

    Great meat tenderizer! We use these to needle our steak tips before we cut them into pieces. It needles them just right and allows the marination to perfectly seep inside of the meat. Great comfortable handle and great price on Webstaurant store.

    This does a great job of tenderizing meat. It is rather unstable due to the narrow width. I would like it a bit wider. It is also difficult to clean. I don't want to dull it by putting it in the dishwasher and can only soak and spray to get in between the many blades

    This is an exceptional product. The blades are very sharp and pierce the meat easily. The handle is oversized for an excellent grip and the product appears to be well made and durable. There is a very nice plastic protective cover for the blades. I would highly recommend this product. It will be my primary utensil for tenderizing meat.

    The best part of this was it works. The plunger is sprung well enough that it returns even when doing a tough cut. The knives/blades penetrate with some control and this allows you to press flavorings into the meat. I'm gratified by the outcomes. Seems sturdy and has not failed. Relatively easy to clean. I am a casual cook.

    This 48 blade meat tenderizer does a great job of tenderizing cuts of meat without pulverizing them. I’m a professional meat cutter with 10 years experience. I bought this product for home use and I was able to make as tender a steak with this product as I would with a motorized commercial tenderizer. I spent less time and made a more attractive finished product that was as tender as steaks from my retail store. This is a great product.

    This is an outstanding meat tenderizer! I use it primarily to make my own cube steak for salisbury steak meals from inexpensive, on-sale beef cuts. It tenderizes quicker and quieter than the conventional pounder version. And the meat is tender enough to cut with a fork - no knife needed!
    This meat tenderizer is a great buy. It comes with 48 blades which makes it a lot quicker to complete all of our tenderizing for our meats. Overall it has a great performance. Highly recommend, our cooks loved it.
    I have used a few different meat tenderizers and this one by far is the best value. It is the most durable lasting about 2-3 years
    I always use this to pierce my meat before marinading. I end up using this on chicken a lot an hour before I’m going to cook it. The piercing allows the flavors to get deep inside and very quickly.

    This is a very effective and inexpensive way to tenderize meats. It doesnt dull easily and it is easy to clean. I would purchase it again.
    Great quality for the price point. Saved money compared to other meat tenderizers out there. Time will tell how it holds up. Cleanup can be a bit tricky but for the price I will make do.
    Arrived yesterday...just in time for my weekend event. I used it to inject holes in my pork butts before their 36 hour bath in Marinade. It worked great even with the meat being slightly frozen still. Can't wait to serve my pulled pork sandwiches with a deeper marinade.
    I always like to tenderize steaks before marinating them. I am convinced that tenderizing steaks improves the flavor and keeps the steak tender. A 48 blade tenderizer makes the process easy and fast. This tenderizer is well made and is safe in the dishwasher. After repeated usage the blades are still sharp and none have bent.
    I got this item a couple of weeks ago. The quality and construction is very good. The chef is quite happy with the tenderizer. We will be buying another when the time comes.
    This is a Big Daddy tool. Did not work too well for me on a small piece of meat like a chicken breast but would be awesome on a roast or any larger piece of meat. Definitely a professional's tool.
    This makes easy work for tenderizing any cut of meat. With the 48 blades it only needs several pressings to finish most cuts of meat. So nice that it washes up easily in the dishwasher and comes with a plastic cover for safety and keeping it clean.
    i use this every time I use a marinade with my meat. The little blades go in and out very easily and the marinade enters into all of the meat. Unlike doing the same thing with a knife - this does not leave large holes though out the meat.
    This is an awesome Meat tenderizer! i used it all the time for Chicken , beef, and pork! It is really durable and cleans great. I just soak in some sanitizer after cleaning to make sure its super clean
