Salad bar utensils allow customers to easily scoop portions of dried fruit, bacon bits, dressings, and sauces. Many of these salad bar utensils feature longer handles than traditional spoons, allowing them to be placed in cold crocks and deeper bowls. Utensils with solid bowls are ideal for use with dressings and liquids, and perforated bowls will drain products packaged in liquids and syrups.

By providing separate buffet utensils for different items in your salad bar, you’ll be able to help prevent cross-contamination.
