Salad bar utensils allow customers to easily scoop portions of dried fruit, bacon bits, dressings, and sauces. Many of these salad bar utensils feature longer handles than traditional spoons, allowing them to be placed in cold crocks and deeper bowls. Utensils with solid bowls are ideal for use with dressings and liquids, and perforated bowls will drain products packaged in liquids and syrups.

By providing separate buffet utensils for different items in your salad bar, you’ll be able to help prevent cross-contamination. Pick from options with various bowl capacities to provide smaller or larger portions. Use smaller spoons for dressings and condiments and larger styles for bulkier toppings and fruit medleys.

A majority of our salad bar utensils are constructed from lightweight plastic materials, making them easy to pack up and transport to a catered event or buffet. You can also wash many of these options in the dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup.
