Omcan FMA 31313 Details
Infuse your pizzas, meats, and vegetables with the flavors of smoky wood with this 46" wood burning outdoor oven with stainless steel oven shelf! With a vertical design and separate cooking chambers, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. This outdoor oven reaches up to 950 degrees Fahrenheit and features a stainless steel temperature gauge so that you can monitor the temperature as your food cooks. The hinged, fire chamber doors close securely to allow you to control and lock in heat to more efficiently cook food, and are fitted with spiral metal handles that are specifically designed to deflect heat.
A stainless steel shelf is also part of this outdoor oven's construction, giving you ample space to store wood, while the long chimney helps to provide an outlet for excess smoke to safely escape far from the face. Plus, this outdoor oven is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility. A 1 1/2" ceramic stone comprises the base of the oven chamber, while a removable stainless steel shelf is also located inside the top chamber allowing you to cook multiple dishes at once.
