This 1/2 hp electric meat tenderizer takes the work out of tenderizing all kinds of meat! With the ability to tenderize up to 440 lb. of meat per hour, this electric meat tenderizer ensures that you will always have a tender, juicy cut of meat to serve your customers. This machine's compact, table top design conveniently saves space, while its aluminum, stainless steel, and long life food grade plastic construction make it sanitary and easy to clean.

For added safety, this electric meat tenderizer includes a safety switch, which will shut down the unit as soon as its cover is lifted. This machine has an 8" x 3/4" mouth opening and should not be used on frozen meats or cuts that still contain bones. It operates at 110V, 60 Hertz.
